Depuis l'écriture de mon premier livre Tout est parfait, j'ai de nouveau fait face à moi-même et de nouvelles rencontres et expériences de vie m'ont encore une fois transformée, bonifiée, conscientisée.Toute notre vie, nous essayons d'éviter les confrontations avec nous-même. Pourtant quelles que soient les parties de nous que nous tentons d'éviter, nous revenons toujours à l'inévitable : devoir un jour nous regarder en face. Tant et aussi longtemps que nous refusons d'admettre que nous sommes les créateurs de notre vie et que tout est à l'origine de nous, nous tournons en rond à vivre les mêmes choses inlassablement et machinalement.
Chaque obstacle qui se dresse sur nos routes renferme un cadeau splendide. J'ai appris que lorsque la Source Créatrice veut me faire un cadeau, elle l'enveloppe toujours dans un problème ! Et mon problème, c'est mon attitude devant l'obstacle. J'ai convenu d'être comme une rivière qui coule sans se buter aux roches qui sont sur son passage. J'ai compris que l'obstacle n'en est pas un, qu'il fait simplement partie du grand TOUT. Car la roche ne se considère pas comme un obstacle dans le lit de la rivière, elle est en communion avec elle, elle EST la rivière. J'ai aussi appris à contourner l'obstacle avec grâce et fluidité, à ne faire QU'UN avec lui et à continuer ma route pour enfin, comme la rivière, atteindre la mer !
Nous sommes tous liés les uns aux autres sans même nous connaître. Et à chaque fois que l'un d'entre nous change son niveau de conscience, il crée un précédent, il fait une différence dans son entourage : comme un caillou lancé dans l'eau ondule sa surface à l'infini. J'espère que ce livre saura trouver une résonance en vous, car il suffit d'une seule goutte d'eau pour changer un océan. J'ai confiance que ma goutte d'eau, additionnée à des milliers d'autres gouttes d'eau (les vôtres), provoquera un changement de conscience à la grandeur de la planète. C'est le but de ce livre. Ainsi soit-il !

Female with no knowledge about cars seal of approval!

Perfect for my 2016 Mazda3. I am a young female with zero tools and zero knowledge about cars. My dealer was asking over $60 to change these out, and after a 5-minute course at YouTube University, I was able to do everything myself in under 15 minutes. It’s my crowning achievement of 2026. I recommend gloves when you go to change out the engine and make sure it’s wiped out and cleaned before you put the new one in! But other than that, it’s honestly just popping a few things out, changing the filters, and then popping them back into place. They look almost identical to the filters that were already in there. There was no wrestling with making them fit because they just slid easily into place. Great buy and unbeatable price if you have a few minutes to spare to do it yourself!

Easy Install - Looks like the Original
Size: For Ascent 19-26|Crosstrek 2.0L 18-22/2.5L 21-22
Both of these filters, cabin and engine are really easy to install at home with NO tools needed and at a fraction of the price that dealers charge. These filters are for a Subaru Impreza and look almost identical to the originals and fit perfectly.
Cabin filter installation is by dropping the glove box - detach damper rod and unclip sides. Unclip filter cover behind glove box and remove/replace filter checking airflow direction is the same as the old filter. Reinsert glove box and push up to locate side clips. Re-affix damper rod and you're done.
Engine filter is equally easy. Unclip air filter housing (not necessary to remove entirely) slide out old filter and insert new on in same orientation. Re-attach clips and done.
Took me 10 minutes to change both filters. Longest part was emptying all the cr*p out of my glove box.
Good quality filter, easy to install and saves time and money.
I bought a second set for a Mazda CX-5 non turbo and quality was the same. Installation exactly the same as above for the Subaru

Never Pay Again. Easy and affordable for your health and the vehicle.
Size: For Sonata Gas 2015-2019
Way easier to replace than I thought. I’ve done a cabin filter before, but never the engine air filter. After this, I’ll never pay someone to do it again.
I actually went into a store first, and the cabin filter alone was the same price as this set that includes both the cabin and engine filters. Since I needed both, this was a no-brainer.
Install was quick and straightforward, even for someone who’s not a "car guy".
I can’t speak scientifically on how well they filter, but they’re definitely better than the mouse-destroyed ones that were in this car before. Huge improvement.
Highly recommend if you’re looking to save money and do it yourself. They fit well and seemed to be exactly what was needed and expected.
